  • Day 1: Australia Osaka

    Take an international flight from Australia to Osaka via a connecting city.

    Please note: Depending on the city of departure, some flights may depart one day later. Flights will be via connecting cities and may involve more than one transit.

  • Day 2: Osaka

    Arrive in Osaka. Your friendly tour representative will be waiting at the airport to greet you. You will then proceed to your hotel and check in. Enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure or you can start exploring this amazing city straight away.
    Note: Standard hotel check-in time is 2-3pm. You may leave your luggage at the hotel until check-in.

  • Day 3: Osaka Nara Kyoto Osaka

    Breakfast

    After breakfast, travel to Nara. Visit Todaiji (Great Eastern Temple), with its Great Buddha Hall – the world’s largest wooden building. This impressive building houses the world’s largest (15m) bronze statue of the Buddha Vairocana. Then visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage site that was built in 701. In the afternoon, spend some time wandering through Nara Deer Park, where over 1,200 wild sika deer roam free. Later you will be transferred to Kyoto and visit Kinkakuji Temple before travelling back to Osaka.

  • Day 4: Osaka

    Spend today free at your own leisure. You may join one of the following optional activities: Hiroshima Day Tour with lunch or World Heritage Himeji Castle Day Tour with lunch or Universal Studios Japan Day Pass.

  • Day 5: Osaka Kyoto Arashiyama Toyohashi

    Breakfast

    This morning, head to Kyoto and visit Nijo Castle. Then, continue to Arashiyama and enjoy some time strolling in the Bamboo Groove and see the Togetsu Bridge. In the afternoon, transfer to Toyohashi and check in to your hotel.

  • Day 6: Toyohashi Mt. Fuji Tokyo

    Breakfast

    Today, visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, a place on the hillside and at an altitude of 2305 metres, where you can enjoy the best scenery of the mountain. Then visit Oshino Hakkai. known as the springs of Mt. Fuji, the eight ponds are fed by melting snow filtering down from the slopes of nearby Mt. Fuji, through porous layers of lava, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by locals. Later, head to Tokyo.

    Note: In case of bad weather, Mt. Fuji 5th Station may be closed, you will instead visit Fuji Visitor Centre.

  • Day 7: Tokyo

    Breakfast

    Japan’s capital, Tokyo, is packed with so much to see and do. After breakfast, you will visit Hamarikyu Garden, a large and attractive landscape garden in central Tokyo. It was the earliest hunting grounds of the Tokugawa Shogunate. It retains the layout of courtyard in Edo Era, where you can learn about Japanese courtyard art. Then take the Sumida River cruise to Asakusa. Upon arrival, visit Sensoji (Asakusa Kannon Temple), the oldest temple in Tokyo and Nakamise Shopping Street in front of the Sensoji. Nowadays, this Edo-style temple complex is a place for leisure and entertainment. Later, visit Shinjuku Municipal Observation Deck to see the panoramic view of Tokyo before transferring back to hotel.

  • Day 8: Tokyo

    Spend today free at leisure if time permits before boarding the airport limousine bus to the airport for your flight home.

Osaka (3 items)

Hiroshima Day Tour with lunch $590 pp

Meet your tour guide at hotel in the morning. Then, board your bullet train to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, travel by ferry to Miyajima – a small island in Hiroshima Bay known for its forests and ancient temples. Here we will visit Itsukushima Shrine a UNESCO world heritage site famous for its floating torii gate. After lunch, visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Dome, which commemorates the victims of the atomic bomb explosion in World War II. In the evening, transfer back to Osaka by bullet train.

Note: This tour requires minimum 5 passengers to operate. Public transportation will be used throughout the tour. You will be fully escorted by your tour guide.

World Heritage Himeji Castle Day Tour with lunch $290 pp

Meet your tour guide at hotel in the morning, then transfer to Maiko. Upon arrival, visit the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Then, transfer to Himeji Castle by train. Himeji Castle is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is well-known for its elegant white decorations and magnificent appearance. Unlike many other Japanese castles, this early 17th century castle is an original; never damaged by war, earthquakes or fires. Its complex structure was designed as an advanced defence mechanism and continues to draw in many visitors today. In the evening, transfer back to hotel.

The theme park has a total of 8 sections: Hollywood, New York, San Francisco, Jurassic Park, Amity Village, Universal Wonderland, Waterworld, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

 

Tokyo (3 items)

World Heritage Nikko Day Tour with lunch $290 pp

Meet your tour guide at hotel in the morning and transfer to Nikko. Nikko is a major centre for Buddhism and the Shinto religion. It is located in a valley and surrounded by beautiful deciduous forests and majestic waterfalls. After lunch, visit Kegon Waterfall (around 100m high) which is the main natural attraction in Nikko. Then tour the UNESCO World Heritage Site Nikko Toshogu Shrine. This area is well known for its distinctive architecture made up of a large number of wood carvings and gold leaf decorations on the buildings. This design is unique and not seen elsewhere in Japan. You will also This is the best spot to view maple leaves during autumn. In the evening, transfer back to Tokyo.

Tokyo Disneyland Day Pass $130 pp

Tokyo Disneyland is a 115-acre (47 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, near Tokyo. Its main gate is directly adjacent to both Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland Station. It was the first Disney park to be built outside the United States, and it opened on 15 April 1983. The park has seven themed areas: the World Bazaar; the four classic Disneylands: Adventureland, Westernland, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland; and two mini-lands: Critter Country and Mickey’s Toontown. Many of the games and rides in these areas mirror those in the original Disneyland as they are based on American Disney films and fantasies. Fantasyland includes Peter Pan’s Flight, Snow White’s Scary Adventures, Dumbo the Flying Elephant and more based on classic Disney films and characters.

Tokyo DisneySea Day Pass $130 pp

Tokyo DisneySea is a 176-acre (71.22 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, just outside Tokyo. It opened on September 4, 2001. Tokyo DisneySea attracted an estimated 14 million visitors in 2013, making it the fourth-most-visited theme park in the world. In 2002 Tokyo DisneySea won a Thea Award from the Themed Entertainment Association for the concept, design, and construction of the theme park. Tokyo DisneySea also won the 2012-2015 Theme Park Insider Awards “Best theme park”. There are seven uniquely themed areas or “ports of call”. The entrance to the park is Mediterranean Harbour, which opens up to six additional nautically-themed ports: American Waterfront, Lost River Delta, Port Discovery, Mermaid Lagoon, Arabian Coast, and Mysterious Island.
