Transfer from London to Southampton to board your cruise. Celebrity Silhouette brings together all of the best elements of Solstice Class – and more. Exploring Europe and the Caribbean has never been so luxurious. When you’re not busy discovering new destinations, recharge with a massage at the Canyon Ranch spa or work out in the cool, spacious gym.
Southampton
At sea. On your cruise, make sure you take in a show in the Celebrity Silhouette’s Main Theatre. Cutting-edge productions from fairy tales to comedies, stadium-style concerts to musical theatre. There’s something for everyone.
Port of call: Copenhagen, Denmark. Whether strolling through blooming flowers in Tivoli Gardens, witnessing the changing of the guard at Amalienborg Palace or touring Kronborg Castle – the setting of Shakespeare’s Hamlet – it’s easy to see why this once-humble fishing village grew to become the capital of Denmark.
Copenhagen
In summer, Copenhageners come outdoors, enjoying outdoor cafés and street performers. Glide around the city on a bicycle, pay your respects to the Little Mermaid statue, and explore the Tivoli Gardens.
At sea. Check out the dining options on board. For big, bold flavours, try Tuscan Grille – a speciality ristorante and enoteca. Regional Italian wines, succulent dry aged steaks, and outgoing service give Tuscan Grille its rustic charm.
One of Northern Europe’s best-kept secrets, Talinn is a compact medieval jewel, and great fun to explore on foot. Enter the ancient walls into a maze of intimate cobblestone streets.
Talinn
Although reportedly built to resemble such Western cities as London, Paris, and Vienna, one look at the regal palaces and vast public squares of St. Petersburg is enough to tell you that it is truly in a class of its own. If you’re fortunate enough to be in St. Petersburg in June, experience the city’s famous ‘white nights’, when the night sky is never completely dark.
St. Petersburg
Enjoy another day in this stunning city, until your departure this evening. Consider a visit to the the State Hermitage Museum. Founded in 1764 by Empress Catherine the Great, the Hermitage houses an incomparable collection ancient and modern art collected from throughout Europe, and beyond.
Occupying a peninsula and several islands, Helsinki has stunning architecture and some of the most spectacular coastlines you could ever hope to find. Stroll down broad, tree-lined streets, or take in the amazing neo-classically designed architecture in Senate Square.
A city of 14 islands and more than 50 bridges on the Baltic Sea, Stockholm is the cultural, media, political, and economic centre of Sweden. The almost total absence of heavy industry makes Stockholm one of the world’s cleanest cities. It is also home to around 100 museums, as well as many galleries, charming architecture, and around 1,000 green spaces – 30% of the city!
At sea. A day spent cruising is your chance to experience the Vegas-style Fortunes Casino. Try a selection of classic table games, or why not try your luck at the slots?
For so many years a city divided, Berlin is now united, bringing together cultures and languages from throughout the world. We’ll access this excitingly eclectic city from Warnemünde, a charming old fishing town located at the mouth of the Warnow River. A fun way to sight-see here is by mini-train, pausing at the port’s iconic windmill for wine-tasting. Or use it as a gateway to Berlin and historic must-sees like the Brandenburg Gate.
At sea. The perfect time to explore the Celebrity Silhouette’s one-of-a-kind Lawn Club. Relax in the sun, enjoy a drink, or even a picnic, all with real grass between your toes.
At sea. On board Celebrity Cruises, dining in one of their speciality restaurants is a must. Why not try Murano? Sumptuous surroundings, impeccable service, and outstanding French cuisine.
On arrival at Southampton, disembark from the cruse. Transfer back to London to catch your flight home.
Arrive back in Australia.
